Real Estate Snitch Wednesdays’-Jason Kidd

The Real Estate Snitch is snitchen again and this time I'm snitching on The Kidd!!!
(Jason Kidd) that is!!
Jason Kidd plays guard for the Dallas Mavericks team who won the 2011 championship the Kidd has listed his home at the Azure condo project in Dallas, Texas. Jason purchased the 2,607 square foot unit back in 2008 for just under $1.5 million.  Looks like the Kidd is putting the lock on this home because he is now selling for $1.595 million it seems that Kidd has taken the advice of his real estate agent not to go much higher than what he purchased the condo for he is only asking
$95,000 more of what he paid for it. I guess that was a smart move considering today’s market. I must say that the Snitch is nonetheless impressed with the Kidd's determination to get his property sold. Check out his impressive condo.

Very Impressive Contemporary and Modern Kitchen
Living room-Love the space, lots of room to party

Kitchen Island- Fun to cook and congregate
Bedroom- Like that one wall is painted and loves the view
WOW!!! Check out outside the fireplace!!! This is what you call cooling or should I say warming
 Beautiful building

If you need space to meet!! You have it all right here in the board room

What a workout room

So what do you feel about the snitch of The Kidd's Digs!! Cool or not?  If this property something you’re interested in check out the amenities it has to offer.

2900 Mckinnon Street Unit: 2108 Dallas, TX 75201
The 21st floor three- bedroom unit has a gourmet kitchen with granite counter-tops coupled with a Miele amd SubZero appliance package. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows showcase city views. Other features include motorized Lutron blinds and hardwood and stone floors. The home also comes with a private four-car garage. Wow all for $1.595 million

This home is a good one if you can afford it doesn't looks like the Kidd is trying to make a killing just what he put in. I think this one is the snitches still of the week
